Both Prue and Chase were amazing throughout the entire process of our sale, from prepping and styling the house to marketing expertise as well as being very flexible with the private and open inspections. They went above & beyond, giving us their wisdom and guidance along the way to ensure the selling process was a success one and all the while felt like a part of the family. Their gentle and genuine approach really makes the clients and buyers feel at ease. As a result, the sale went through smoothly within 2 weeks.

It was really easy and straightforward dealing with Rent Star as a tenant. They actioned maintenance requests quickly and there was no fuss when it came to a bond clean and exiting the property. The most pleasant experience I’ve had with a real estate rental company!

Whether you are here to study, work or just on a vacation, Rent Star is ideally the best choice anyone can ever make, for a place to rent in Brisbane. It has been a good few months as a Rent Star tenant, and my experience has been super awesome. The Rent Star officers are really approachable and very friendly and the customer service is exceptional in terms of the agent customer interaction.

It was nice experience with Rent star. Unfortunately we couldn’t lease the place though we were approved because of some personal reasons. Staff was cooperative and understanding. We hope to rent another place with Rent star when we are ready. Thanks very much Claudia

We own a number of rental properties and have used different agents over the past 35 years. Rentstar is by far the most conscientious and professional managing agent I’ve come across. The look after good tenants who do the right thing and do their best to weed out the not so good tenants. I recommend Rentstar and their friendly team to any tenant or property owner.
