Numerous Unsolicited calls. Just another group peddling crap
The application process was a bit of a pain. I had to follow up a number of times and they had made some errors so the documents had to be reissued a few times. Also, the interest rate increased a few weeks later so I wasn't really saving all that much in the end.
I have been trying to refinance our mortgage with reduce loans and it has not been a smooth process. So far it has been over a month since sending me application and I am still chasing it up. I email or call multiple times and he always says he is working on it. How ridiculous! It should not take that long and they should be keeping me in the loop and contacting me rather than me always contacting them. They may have a good rate but their customer service is terrible. And the process is too long. A disappointing experience
