Worst experience till date. Process is slow, you will have to follow up, and its going to take months and months to get a refi and a purchase loan done. Stay away from these guys!! Go to another broker or anyone else. But do yourself a favor not with them!
Had a great experience when refinancing our home years ago. Have since sold house and looked for finance for new home build. Found this time they are very unprofessional, take forever to respond and incompetent with application data.
Currently in dispute with these guys. They advertise a variable rate but then put on a fixed rate for 3 years without any direction from me to do so, and without even explicitly telling me that was the plan. Apparently I was supposed to work it out myself from the loan product name and object at the last hurdle if I noticed it, which I didnt. Lets see where this goes. In the meantime, Id advise you to watch your own back when dealing with this company
I have been waiting for loans to go through since OCTOBER and its nearly the end of FEBRUARY.When I questioned why the hold up it was sitting in a pile untouched for 4-5 weeks and they gave me an apology that was 2 months ago and still waiting They also charged my credit card extra payments without notification or Authority. I could go on all day I asked to make a formal complaint and they refuse to give me a contact. 0-5 stars for me
Thoroughly unprofessional and unscrupulous bunch of mobs. Finally received loan approval today after countless follow ups and resending documentation multiple times over the lengthy processing period of over 3 months. Alas, the approval is full of errors completely ignoring our finance requirements and required loan structure which we advised on multiple occasions. In the meantime, we have been paying interests on the titled land awaiting construction pending finance. What a nightmare! So sorry I approached RHL.

Ever lost a house? Reduce home loans made that happen for me. My first ever house was lost by their reckless time management skills and inability to keep their promises. Because of their initial delay on providing the paperwork I had recieved not one but two extensions on the house. A gentle warning to everyone, are low interest rates important to you or is it the risk of losing a house you're investing in, and losing all the time and money invested in that house.
The advertised rate is great, but short lived. First loan- after 3 months, up went the rate due to 'increased costs'!. Second loan- 1st rate cut- 20 basis points passed on (out of 25, despite the full 25 points passed in the advertised rate for new customers) passed on, 2nd cut only 15 basis points passed on! I have been in the process to get my home loan refinanced since November 2018. I have been chasing an update from them since all the final paperwork was sent through in April 2019. I have just had a call advising that they needed updated documents that I have emails confirming they were received. No communication, extensive delays. Not impressed
