We were very happy but rates have gone through the roof due to recent hikes, they are now higher than other lenders unfortunately. Also, sadly, rates for existing customers are higher than for new ones, which is mind boggling. We're switching to another lender.
Settlement was terrible, they can't process a redraw within a week. Front end staff don't understand their systems, I would not use again. Tick Toc lending gives the same rates

Would not recommend. They missed the settlement date and almost lost me the property. I can't believe they couldn't get things lined up, I had pre-approval. In the end I had to arrange emergency finance. A total lack of communication in the critical days. BEWARE
Forgot to send debit cards with the Offset account. Followed up multiple times, still no cards.Money is locked away by them with no other way to access it. Poor service.
