We were very happy that Cherry sold both our properties for well over what we expected. She was available for negotiations after hours and on weekends nothing is a problem for her.
Terry was a pleasure to work with. He kept us in the loop at every stage and was quick to respond. He was transparent and professional throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
I couldn’t be happier with the service from Terry. He made the whole process of selling my property completely stress-free. From start to finish, he handled everything with professionalism and care, always keeping me updated and ensuring things went smoothly. He went above and beyond by coordinating with the tradespeople, settlement agent, and all relevant parties to make sure the property was well maintained right up until settlement. Truly outstanding service—I highly recommend Terry.
He was very helpful in negotiating with the owner and didn't take sides helping both to a smooth settlement.
I worked with Cherry to sell my property. All the advice, recommendations, and support Cherry did was professional. My family and I are so happy with that our property was sold within our planned date. I will highly recommend Cherry for any real estate matters. Thank you, Cherry!
