Terry has been fantastic from the day I met him when he came to give me a market appraisal on my home. He is very confident, thoughtful and attentive. He sold my home on the first ’home open’ to my surprise presenting multiple offers and achieving and sale price that was way above my expectations. I highly recommend Terry and would certainly engage his services and expertise again. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome in such a short period of time.
Cherry was great to work with. She had extensive market knowledge, worked according to my limited availability, and was always available to answer queries and attend to matters.
Terry was on the ball and obviously very experienced when dealing with the legal paperwork. Always kept in touch with things that needed attention. All in all very happy with Terry and realestate 88. I will be recommending his services to family and anyone I hear off.
Terry has been very friendly with us ever since we bought from him, and then sold again a few years later. Very happy
Cherry was amazing and made the whole process non problematic. She was attentive, proactive and communicative. She was transparent and reliable. Definitely choose Cherry to buy or sell.

I am very happy with my property sale. Cherry worked really hard to get me the best result possible. She is very knowledgeable about the Perth apartment property market and she gave great advice, as well as listening to my concerns and what I hoped to achieve.

Terry always responded promptly and was professional and approachable and his communication was always clear. We used the real estate agency to he works for to rent our property largely due to him being so easy to deal with. Highly recommend Terry!
