Very good.
He was super helpful and perfect support! He has a very flexible mindset and can adapt to various situations.
When I list the property, it was the time when interest rate we're going up, and was hard to get buyers But for her nothing was hard she said I will do my best I even told her I can drop the price, but she did not She keeps trying to get the best prize for me. When she told me she got an offer and told me the price I was surprised she got the best offer. It was very fast sold I will recommend her to anyone who want to sell or buy a property
Business response:
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. I’m really grateful for your trust and the opportunity to represent your property. Your feedback means a lot to me and the team — it reflects the effort we put into preparation, communication and negotiating the best outcome. Thanks again for your support.
Cherry is AMAZING! She demonstrates great knowledge of the market, confidence in selling the property (at a price exceeding our expectations), attention to details and prompt communications. What truly stood out was her dedication and incredible diligence - being available & answering our questions late evenings; and making the whole experience seamless & stress-free. We highly recommend Cherry (and the team) to anyone looking for an agent who goes an extra mile to achieve the best result!

Thank you.
Terry was very helpful since the beginning in negotiating with the then owner and didn't take sides helping both to a smooth settlement. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, even at odd hours. Definitely recommend.
Terry has provided an excellent service in selling our apartment.
As a first home buyer, my experience with Terry Lu was excellent. He was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Most notably, he understood my needs, and provided the necessary support throughout. Overall, it was a positive experience. I would highly recommend Terry and the team at Realestate 88!
It has been a pleasure dealing with Cherry Li once again. We purchased this property with her a few years ago. Now she sold this property for us with a great result. She is a very efficient and professional agent, and her team is very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist with any questions and issues that may arise. Would highly recommend to any seller or buyer!
