Jasmyn and her team were absolutely great - they offered a very personalised service, delivered in the most professional manner. We were guided and looked after in all aspects of a complicated transaction. They went beyond reasonable to accommodate our position and our needs. Jasmyn were always fair and honest in her relationship between buyer & seller.
Jasmyn is very knowledgeable of the market and frank in discussions. Very motivated and easy to work with, which was important as we were living remotely from Perth. I would work with her again if the occasion arose.

The entire process of purchasing the property from Terry was stressful. Once the offer was accepted my property is low priority and he does bare minimum to just satisfy the legal obligation. he wasn't responsive but only respond to the conveyancer. It was hard for me to communicate with him. He wasn't honest nor apologetic when he put misleading advertisement on realistate.com. (In the advertisement it says that reveres cycle air con but it was Evap aircon)
