Sold in 2 weeks even with a challenging market. Cherry Li and the team at Realestate 88 were professional, responsive and hard working from start to finish. This is our second time using Realestate 88 and I know we will use them again.
We recently employed Peter & Jasmyn Wright to handle the sale of our apartment. We were very impressed with their professional approach to the marketing plan in promoting the property. This was carried out with the utmost professionalism at all times. We have sold and purchased properties overseas, interstate and local and I can honestly say Peter and his team handled the sale in the most professional manner. We thoroughly recommend Realestate88 and would not hesitate to use them in the future
We would like to thank Terry for all his assistance with the purchase of our first home! He was very helpful and understood our needs. We would definitely recommend Real Estate 88 anda Terry’s services to all our friends looking to buy their properties in Perth.
Business response:
Hello Fernando, Congratulate you on the purchase of your property! Thank you for having me to assist your first home purchase, Happy Moving !!
As an owner of many properties, I have experienced many different types of real estate agents. Terry has proven to be the best! Nothing was too much, showing me the units at least 3 times, showing me around the city, and helping me with sorting out my move in. In fact I would not waste time searching, but instead just call him, describe what you are looking for and let him find what is available that may be suitable. Thank you Terry for a wonderful unit buying experience!
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Real Estate 88 in buying my property. Their service was highly professional and made the process run incredibly smoothly. Their team members were very helpful in responding to my questions and were wonderful to deal with.
Excellent and efficient service, very speedy just like your car. We would have no hesitation in recommending Realestate 88. You've trained your staff very well as they also give great service. Cheers
We are extremely grateful to Jasmyn for her help in securing our property. Jasmyn’s knowledge of the real estate market, professional work ethic & willingness to help at every step of the way made buying our home a seamless process from start to finish. Whilst we have purchased many properties before, this purchase was very special to us as this was not just another investment property but our first home together. We appreciate all the support and advice from Jasmyn & the Real Estate 88 team.
We engaged Jasmyn and Peter Wright to sell our beautiful home in January 2019. There is a definite "negative stigma" attached to real estate agents and having been burnt just a few months prior to this, by a so called "reputable" agent - I can 100% say with all confidence that Jasmyn and Peter opened my eyes to a whole new experience - one that was 100% positive from beginning to end and help adjust my mind set. They are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and absolutely passionate about real estate!
We purchased a property in West Perth with the assistance of Terry. Terry definitely stands out from other estate agents through her high level of service. If he says he will call you, he will! We also have been very pleased with Terry's follow up after the purchase and we have nothing but praise for the way he guided us through the whole process. Thank you Terry for making this a great experience, we are very happy with our home and will certainly recommend you to any of our friends.
