The service provided by Cherry Li and Peta Healy was second to none. Totally professional and delivered a great result. We would absolutely recommend them!
Cherry, thank you so much for everything. It has been really wonderful to work with you while buying my property. All my queries and more have been addressed in such an efficient manner. There really isn’t anything I can fault throughout this process. I highly recommend dealing with you guys and will definitely refer you.
Terry has sold two apartments for us. He works with integrity and nothing is too much trouble. We could not recommend him highly enough and will definitely use his services again if we are buying or selling in the area.
We have been very happy with his professional and friendly service. Thanks Terry!
Cherry's enthusiasm about my property was the reason why I chose her over the other agents. Cherry was always available to answer my questions and has assisted me throughout the sale process. She has an in-depth knowledge of the property market in the area - the property was sold after the first home inspection and the sale has met my expectation. Cherry is also supported by a great team who are professional and respond promptly. It has been a great pleasure working with Realestate88.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Realestate 88 once again. They are a very efficient and professional agency, Terry and the team are very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist with any questions and issues that may arise. Would highly recommend to any buyer or seller!
Jasmyn and the team at RealEstate 88 achieved a great price in a very tough market for both of our properties and they were able to sell them in under 4 weeks. A great team, extremely professional and I highly recommend them.
We had a great experience with Realeaste 88 buying our first home. Terry was more than helpful going through all of the details and what was required to make the purchase. All of the communication was very professional and really made the whole experience stress free and straight forward.

We would like to thank Terry Lu for his enthusiastic and professionalism in helping us to buy an investment property in WA. For us as foreign investors, Terry was very professional and understood our needs. His attention to detail in explaining all the relevant terms to us, so that we can rest assured that we buy an investment smoothly. Terry's after-sales service is still great, we will continue to seek his help and advice. We will not hesitate to recommend him to all our friends!
