Marketing, management and selling skills are fantastic. Jasmin did everything and made selling my house so quick and easy .
Business response:
It was so much fun Frank. Out off the box compared to selling apartments, I was so grateful for the opportunity and look forward to working with you in the future.
Cherry worked so hard to achieve a great outcome in the sale of our apartment. I was amazed by her controlled and consistent approach to the sale. Cherry kept me informed all through the process. I can honestly say she is a formidable agent, eager to please, knowledgable about the region and focussed on obtaining results. Well done Cherry and thank you! Marianne and Kevin.

Terry was amazing all the way through the selling process and managed to find a buyer in a matter os days Thanks for your help!
Business response:
Hi Fernando, It is my pleasure to work with you and Stephanie, along this journey of buying property and selling it. Welcome to the new chapter of your life, Happy Holiday and Have a wonderful 2023!
Terry got on with the task of finding for me a serious buyer. He did his utmost to match the buying need of a serious Buyer with the features of the property offered. He quietly marketed the property in-house, did his desk research work, and a promotional video of the property. Without Terry’s creativity and negotiating skill, this positive conclusion would not have taken place. Terry demonstrated to me that he was fast, efficient, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Business response:
Appreciate your sincere trust, and I love the conversations that we have all the time, not only about the property and market, also about the wisdom through your life experiences. From myself and Realestate 88, we wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
