Big thank you to Cherry, under offer in two weeks in a very competitive market all because of her experience, professional works and extra resource. Definitely highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell their apartment.
Extremely refreshing dealing with Terry, very reliable.
Best of the Best Jasmyn and her team of superstars at RE88 are the ultimate professional real estate agent package. From organising new carpets and the painting of my unit to unique marketing strategies & negotiating the sale, it was a seamless, stress free experience. I never had to chase them for anything as they were always two steps ahead. Will continue to recommend with a big 5 GOLD stars.
Recently purchased another property and set up a rental property via Jasmyn and her team. Would summarise the experience as Trusted, Friendly, Turn Key Solution provider. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my next property need/dealings.
Jasmyn was professional and personable at the same time exactly what you want in an agent Sold our property first weekend and her team with Chris and Leigh by her side was fantastic couldn’t recommend them all high enough Also I recommended a friend/colleague to their rental department and he couldn’t have been happier…. So thank you Jasmyn so much it was an absolute pleasure!
Cherry was great and put in the extra work after hours to help with the sale. Which was invaluable due to our family being interstate during the sale process.
Excellent knowledge of the market and my building. Up to date with each step of the process and dealt quickly with complications as those arose.
It's my third time working with Terry, whom I trust 100% with my properties. As well as being a superb communicator and expert in the local real estate market, most importantly Terry respects my request and understands my needs. For someone who is based overseas and not able to deal with uses, Terry always provides me with solutions. I highly recommend Terry as your agent, particularly for those foreign housing investors. Thanks to Terry, I've regained confidence in the real estate market in WA.
Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful man.
