Cherry provided an excellent turn key example the best practice. Throughout the process, Cherry ensured all the detail uses into the selling essentials to a very high standard. Everything a selling required was included into a timeline. In all, "simply the best." was incorporated into a great outcome in a short time. Highly recommendation her for future engagements.

It was evident that her extensive knowledge about the local real estate market allowed us to secure a great offer on our home! After presenting several offers, we were able to secure a fantastic result with no pressure from Cherry. I would highly recommend Cherry!

Cherry is the embodiment of a top real estate professional. She not only demonstrated indepth market knowledgle, global sales experience, but also genuine interests in her clients' needs and requirements. She finalised the sale of our property in the midst of great market uncertainty and fluctuating buyer sentiment. With Cherry, we knew that we were in good hands and that our property could not be represented by a better agent. We will not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone.
Terry provided excellent, realistic advice on the sale of our apartment. He put us in touch with a company that did a fantastic job of dressing the apartment and arranged for repairs as needed as we were travelling. His open, honest approach and excellent communication style made him great to deal with and I believe helped get a good price for us within two weeks of going to market.
