DO NOT USE - this company has a business model of overcharge and up sell. Used them for very small electrical work. Engagement process was easy and quick. Booking process was professional. Workers arrived on time to quote. This was the end of a good experience. Before the quote was constructed they tried to up sell me their $99 VIP maintenance membership, which is simply a way for them to inspect your property overall and then come back and tell you that other things need work so they can over quote you again. Ripped off. Overcharged and bad jobs, keep leakage in 3 days after the jobs done.
Astronomical Quote. Easy to contact and responsive. However, massively over quoted on a job, pressure sold me into a membership I didn’t need and on top of that charge for coming out to Springbrook QLD - 30 minutes from the suburbs. Cancelling was pleasant enough and there was an agreement to refund deposit and cost to the ‘membership’ - never got it. Needless to say I won’t ever use them. Not the only company to over quote or charge. $5000 per job seems be the ‘or I can’t be bothered’ rate.
