Finding and trusting an agent in another state was quite a challenge. I can't believe how lucky I was to have Darren sell my property, I have no hesitation in highly recommending him. Darren was informative, reliable, positive and considerate to both myself and my tenants. He was easy to speak with, understanding, helpful and it was never too much trouble for him to answer my many questions. His communication skills and professionalism were exceptional.
Business response:
Glenda thank you so much for your kind words! Was awesome working with you. Darren
Darren is a stellar agent & always went above & beyond. We'd been through several of Darren's properties, all beautifully presented so you know he is a committed & thorough agent. He ensured we were kept informed at every stage of the process. He was open & transparent & kept us well informed during the process. He kept open & honest lines of communication, & no question was too silly. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their property. A 5 star agent!
Business response:
Thanks Leigh for your kind words !
Darren was a great agent to deal with and he always had our back 100% of the time. We put a lot of pressure on Darren to achieve the result that we wanted and obtain a price that we were comfortable to sell at. After dealing with many other agents from a buying perspective it came to light how good Darren actually was. Always followed up on phone calls, negotiated strong and every step of the way I knew he held our best interests at the forefront. I strongly recommend Darren to anyone.
Business response:
Thanks Daniel! I really appreciate the review mate !
Darren is a 5 star agent with a true zeal for Real Estate! Darren was honest and open about our sales campaign and kept us up to date throughout sale and settlement - definitely a 10 out of 10 communicator, Darren was able to get a great price in a very short time freeing up additional funds for us to buy our new property. We were beyond impressed with the job Darren did and cannot recomend his services highly enough. If you are selling your property, Darren is definitely the man for the job!
Business response:

We cannot fault our engagement with Darren. He delivered on everything he promised and we particularly enjoyed and appreciated his enthusiasm, communication and professionalism throughout the whole process. We would happily and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great vendor's agent and we would happily engage him again for any future property endeavours.

He helped me a lot to buy the property while providing excellent customer service skills and information that I needed. In particularly, what if you are the first home buyer, I really recommend him to you. He will guide you in a right way :)

Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad to hear that you found my support valuable during your home buying process. It’s great to know that my guidance was helpful, especially for first-time buyers. I truly appreciate your recommendation and am here to assist anyone in the future!
Made buying our first home easy, we had a few hiccups along the way, but Darren had really open communication, acted with urgency and was always available. Although he was working for the seller, it really felt like he also had our best interest at heart too. Would highly recommend.
Business response:
