Let's be honest, estate agents are some of the worst people on earth. Much to my surprise, Darren was honest, supportive, empathetic, organised and a man of his word. I'm not prepared to revaluate my position on agents in general, but I would recommend Darren to anyone looking to sell their house. Thanks to Darren's marketing and salesmanship, we had multiple offers after the first inspection and ended up selling for $10k more than our dream price. Be warned, he does call you legend a lot.
