We purchased a gorgeous fixer- upper from Rachel. I can't commend Rachel highly enough for the experience. Rachel was upfront and professional about pricing and feedback on offers whilst maintaining warmth and understanding. Post offer acceptance, she bent over backwards to facilitate a smooth transition of the property, enabling us to organise renovations etc. ahead of time. Would definitely recommend Rachel for her professionalism, market knowledge and outstanding customer service.

Finding an agent to sell your property when you live interstate is difficult however we had previous dealings with Rachel when she managed our investment property a few years earlier and liked her effective communication skills. Great local knowledge and managed the sale all over phone/email, which completely suited my busy work schedule.
Rachel was very accomodating, she allowed us to inspect the house multiple times, she also was very prompt with sending the relevant paperwork, a good communicator and is very professional.

Darren was organised and efficient, he always returned calls and was prompt to appointments. He knows the area and persevered with us through offers shy of what we wanted. He was great at assuring and explaining the process, considering we had never sold a property.
