Phong was fantastic! As a first home buyer, I was quite nervous about the whole situation, but Phong was calming, helpful and informative. His communication to any of my questions (and there were a lot!) was quick, easy to understand and informative. Of all the properties I looked at in the lead up, Phong was the first to make me feel he had both mine, and the seller, best interests at heart. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
