Phong was amazing, really easy to deal with, responded quickly and was extremely helpful in answering all our questions with additional information on the property that was helpful to us in making our decision to purchase. Thanks heaps Phong! Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional agent.
We were extremely satisfied with the excellent service provided by Phong Ho when selling our property. He was very knowledgeable about the market conditions in the location of our property and achieved an excellent price for us in a very fragile market. He was always courteous and liaised well with the buyers and nothing was too much trouble for him in his efforts to achieve the best price possible for us. His customer service skills are excellent and I would strongly recommend him.
Business response:

Hi Mohamad, Thanks for the awesome review! So glad you and the family have secured a beautiful home. Always a phone call away if you ever need anything as I want to help make you settle in all right. All the very best to you and the family :)
Shayla made sure I was aware of everything that was happening at all times. She communicated throughout the process and despite it being my first house sale I felt at ease. She was great on auction day and always had great energy and thats important to me.
