I told Adrian that this property is on the top of my list, and guess what happened??? .....He got me that property .....
Business response:
Thank you my friend it was a pleasure to help you secure such a beautiful home 😃
Phong was always courteous, kind and honest. As a first home buyer he was very supportive and helped guide me through the purchase of my first home. I felt he treated me like a person and not a dollar figure like the last agent I dealt with. His communication was great and would always respond to my questions in a timely manner.
Business response:
Hi Maegan, Thank you for your feedback! Really nice to hear of your experience with me and how you felt treated from beginning to end. Wish you all the very best in your new home - cheers!
The team at Ray White Craigieburn and in particular Adrian Prestileo, made what seemed to be a difficult process in selling a property durning a pandemic, a very smooth experience. The team made every attempt to assist me and assure that they would strive for a great result, and that they did. Adrian kept me informed every step of the way. With confidence and encouragement we were able to give buyers a virtual walk through of the home and therefore a successful sale was achieved. Thank you again
Business response:
Thank you so much for the kind words Tony it was an absolute pleasure to help!
Adrian was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and approachable and very honest with us while we were thinking about purchasing to actually making the purchase. He was always available to chat and answer any of our questions that we had. Throughout the process, we required his assistance and he was always willing to help and made the process of purchasing our dream home a good experience. He worked alongside our broker well and even our broker mentioned how easy he was to work alongside.
Business response:
Thanks David! It was a pleasure to assist you and the family with the purchase of that amazing home
Adrian knew what we were after and sold us a property within the same week! His work ethic and customer service was ***** (5 star). Thank you Adrian.
Business response:
Thank you Diana it was a pleasure!
Phong was amazing from start to finish. The only real estate agent I have dealt with that is not pushy and makes an effort even after the sale was made. He even came to help me with the heater that I didn't know how to work. 10/10
Business response:
Hi Ahmed, Appreciate your awesome feedback mate and happy to hear that you felt you were looked after. My service does not stop at settlement and know I'm only a phone call away if you need any real estate assistance, cheers!
Not only did Phong gave us his best service but went beyond our expectations and allowed us to inspect our house on a Sunday morning. We felt that he was honest and upfront. Very easy to talk too and most definitely not pushy like some agents. Highly recommended!
Business response:
Hi Lien & Allan, Awesome to hear that you've been happy with the service and my approach. You guys have been a pleasure to work with and I wish you and the family all the very best! Stay in touch - Cheers!
Phong was a pleasure to deal with, in the process of buying our first home. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had. He was trustworthy and genuine, which being our first purchase, this put us at ease.
Business response:
Hi Alanah, Thank you for and I’m glad you felt at ease in dealing with me and that you were happy with the communication & service. Wish you and Jason all the very best in your new home! Well deserved guys, cheers!
He explained the current market very simple and understanding and was pretty positive about selling our property. We will definitely come back to Phong for our future deals.
