Timely appointment this arvo! Tim Squire's applied physio relief on upperback and shoulders from my overworking. Basically the upper body seizing up from stonemasonry, brick, blockwork & driveway-repair work the past month, with his hands-on therapy, 👋 as good as his Dry Needling, where so many muscles were freed from work related knotting up ! Arrived 9:15 For 9:30, appointment. Getting a bit concerned at 9:44. 9:45 Aidan appears. Don't think he apoliged for being late. Introduced Eadie and asked if she could sit in which I agreed to. Aidan polite as always appointment went well. Eadie quietly listen. Think Aidan was pleased with how my exercise was going. Finished about 10:15.Â
