My physio was Chiante and she was excellent. From the first visit Chiante made me feel comfortable and listened to what I hoped to get out of my sessions. Chiante has written me an exercise program to address my osteoporosis and to increase my strength which I can easily access in the app. I’ve been following the program at my gym and will see Chiante again in six weeks so she can assess my progress.
