Tim was amazing, made the experiance relaxing and talked me through everything he was doing. Very professional and real. Easy to talk with. Cant thank him enough for helping remove pain and free up my joints for maxium movement. 100% recommend progress physiotheraphy.
Very happy with the treatment and gym plan that I have received from Francis.
In her usual style, Jodie managed to work out what was wrong with me and how to help me fix it! Starting with her intuitive hands on, followed by suggestions for appropriate exercises.
The Physio was able to answer my questions and provide me with exercises to help improve my mobility.
Pilates once a week - good feedback from Tim if not doing right. Good mental health when Ray attends. Also great results with the Shock Therapy treatment.
Have been going to Progress for 11 years. It is well set up for pilates, we have great physios helping us, and everyone there are great.

I have always found Aidan and Progress Physiotheraphy to be of the highesty professional standard. They have looked after me for many years and in that time they have treated me very respectfully. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
Francis has been great in treating my damaged ankle but progress is slow, cheers
