Pretty appalled with these guys especially Steven Kramer. My husband and I put in an offer on a property and did not even hear back from Steven. Obviously, our offer and terms were not favorable but a simple courtesy call or email would have sufficed. Since when do real estate agents not bother to get back to potential buyers. Remember, we might be really connected, might have a property to sell or who knows even buy another one. Poor show. Would never use these guys x
Organised and booked an inspection, arrived, waited 20 minutes. Called them to find out what was happening only to find out that they booked us in for the inspection after the house was already leased. Email stated we would be advised of any changes or cancellation, no notification was given. All in the name; bunch of plums.
