I would recommend Tim time and time again after having him sell my property, he provided top of the range service and was fantastic with communicating with me throughout the process. I am extremely happy with the outcome and can't thank Tim and his assistant, Corinne, enough.
Josie was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to find us our retirement home. Working through the Covid restrictions with both ourselves and the seller certainly was not easy, but it was conducted and completed in a Covid safe manner that caused as little stress as possible. The honesty of the manner in which the process was conducted was exceptional and we would really like to thank Josie for remembering our original enquiry back in June till she found our home in late August.
We were very pleased with Josie Caruso She is very professional and friendly and caring at the same time We had one open day and 2 days later Josie sold our home were thrilled to bits as we had previous experience with another home that took 14 Months to sell we would highly recommend her.
Josie was so helpful and innovative during these difficult times.
Have engaged Tim to sell several of our properties over the years, Tim is always great at communicating, a strong negotiator, well connected and understands the local market. G & M

Business response:
Thank you Anil. All the best with your investment property
Highly recommended would certainly use Josie again.
Josie was always generous, understanding & supportive during the very challenging time of selling my family home. Her work ethic, patience & warmth shone through in all interactions. She presented beautifully in person & during other communications. I have no doubt during inspections potential buyers would have been very impressed by her skills, personality & respectful ways she interacts with all people. Josie has been wonderful to sell with and I cannot recommend her more highly. She cares !
