We were very impressed with the service and follow up from PH Property when settling on a property in Bendigo recently. Our agent, Simon Dean was prompt with replies to texts and emails, arranging inpsection times and negotiating our offer with the vendor. We couldnt be happier with the result!
Business response:
Thanks for your kind review Barbara. Simon did a great job and we’re very lucky to have him. We really appreciate you giving us the management of your investment too. Brad
Tim was outstanding with the way he handled the sale of our house, from the local market appraisal to how to present our house, he made it very easy to use his expertise. We would definitely recommend him.
Thanks Darren for helping us to sell our property in one of the most challenging years of COVID. Very happy with the service you provided. Merry Christmas

This is the second time we have sold our home through PH Property with Tim as our agent. Tim has been really easy to deal with and has always had our best interests at heart. He made the whole process run smoothly and was always efficient, remaining in constant contact throughout the entire process. Tim's welcoming and friendly demeanor made what would normal be a stressful time into an easy and relaxed transition for us. We would like to thank Tim and the entire team at PH Property.
Business response:
Thanks so much Ben and Rachel. It’s again been my absolute pleasure. Thanks for being such amazing vendors and we appreciate your continued support of our business. Cheers
We recently purchased and sold a property through Tim. He was extremely professional throughout the process. Very informative and reassuring. Easy to contact and responded quickly to enquires, even after hours. Tim is a great asset to have on your team if your looking at selling.
Brad provided a fantastic real estate agent service.
