Waited just over an hour to get our food and when we got it was cold. Waitress was very argumentative. Asked for water and got it was warm water and glasses cups were hot. A bit over priced for fish and chips and burger. I wouldn't recommend or come back

Took our order, 10 mins later...we don't have that. 60 minute wait for kids pancakes; 75 minutes for uncooked eggs. How can you stuff up poached eggs?

Went here for lunch yesterday, won’t be back again and definitely don’t recommend it to anyone. If it wasn’t for the view there would be nothing of any value at this cafe. The food is only just average but way overpriced for what you get. The staff all seemed bored, unwelcoming, unfriendly and irritated by the fact that someone turned up and they had to serve you. Unbelievable!! Truly, this place was such an absolute disappointment. Never again. Hopefully, this cafe lifts it’s game otherwise the future is not looking goo... read more

Disappointed we were not told there would be a long wait for food order. Ordered at 12.25pm, order came at 1.17pm. Orange juice was of supermarket quality, not freshly squeezed and ham toastie was very salty. Surcharge for today's public holiday was through the roof. Suggestion: A sign to say "Please wait to be seated". On public holidays a sign indicating the surcharge and percentage. Notify your patrons up front if there's a long wait for food orders. Also, when your patrons bring these things to your attention simply s... read more

Organization needed for busy days !! Please wait to be seated sign! Separate take away order areas! When you walk in and 3 tables are empty with no people waiting outside one would assume you can sit down !! Told tables are booked but you dont take bookings ..Walked out and had a much more pleasant tea somewhere else !

Cute cafe in lovely location. Shame about the food- roast pork roll extremely difficult to eat... who thought putting an entire pork chop on a bun was a good idea??? Burger also difficult to eat, bun was soggy because beef was too wet. Potato rosti was ok but it was screaming out for some kind of sauce (or even a poached egg) since it was a very dry dish to eat overall. One more criticism- short shorts prob not the most appropriate uniform for waitresses... I don’t want to see cheeks hanging out when I’m eating my lunch.

Food was good but very small serve for the price When paying 30-40 dollars for a steak meal I didn’t expect it to be smaller than my fist & sitting on asparagus & broccolinni with a potatoe fritter on the side Paid 90 dollars for myself & the wife & left hungry

Firstly the food was good... now as for the service from the moment we walked in with my children we coped attitude and were made to feel uncomfortable we were sat by a nice young guy initially who helped us put tables together and add a high chair but then the waitress in our section who clearly did not like children came over to offer us drinks but whilst offering us drinks snatched a menu out of my babies hands and mutter something about Him bending it which I apologized for but then she didn’t come back near us for close... read more
