Would never go back!!. Upsetting experience. After waiting 1.5 hours and advising we were a meal short meal never came.After it was mentioned as everyone else was finished their meal they continued to fulfil orders all around us even the same choice. Nobody approached us. Eventually we left myself still no meal in sight. We came on the Picnic Train and had booked a table a few days before. Sorry but suggest you go elsewhere as the experience was very uncomfortable
Slow service. Waited 1/2 hr for coffee and asked for extra hot and they came out cold. Had to go back in twice to ask where our order was. Def not recommended

Absolutely gorgeous place. However that’s where it stops. We sat outside and waited for service, when it didn’t come we assumed we’d have to order inside. I went inside to be glared at and told it was table service. Ordered our coffees and breakfast. No water was offered. The sun was hot and so we asked the waitress if she could let us know when a table inside became available. Three tables became available but we weren’t alerted and ended up moving there anyway.
