As a builder I have delt with multiple agents over the years. James is by far the best we have encountered. Our home was custom built to a high spec, some agents that we approached discounted this fact and based their appraisals on market value for the area, whereas James could see its value in this market and achieved the price we wanted. Moving forward our building company has decided to team up and have James as our listing agent for all our future developments. We highly recommend James.
