Andrea was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She knew every comparable property in the area and we couldn't have asked any more of her throughout the whole process. She gave us great advice while we prepared our property for market and her communication throughout was fantastic. We will use Andrea for any future sales and we cannot recommend her enough.
We feel very fortunate to have had a hard working agent that is very client centred. Andrea worked with us to sell our home, and made the whole process so positive. Andrea was very responsive and was able to answer any and all questions we had. We really appreciate all the effort she put in to help sell our home. Thank you so much Andrea!
Pauline was amazing through the whole process & kept in touch answering any questions . She responded very quickly to any queries . She was also available at the final inspection with Nikki , she went above & beyond throughout the purchase
Business response:
Hi Trish It was my pleasure and I am looking forward to seeing what you do to the house :)
Pauline recently sold our property in Mullaloo. We found Pauline to be professional, proactive and friendly. Pauline's communication was excellent, keeping us informed after each home open regarding potential buyers. Pauline helped guide us through this process seamlessly, we'd definitely list with her again.
Business response:
Hi Nichola and Martin , Really enjoyed showing off your property and great getting to know you through the sales process :)
At a home open we were impressed by the Agent Andrea Lloyd. I kept her card and spoke to her multiple times over the next few months seeking advice which was freely given even though there was nothing in it for her. Later when we listed our home Andrea worked extremely hard all hours of the day and was extremely efficient, patient, and dedicated reaching a mutual agreement for all parties within a couple of weeks. To summarise, she’s a rippa both as an agent and as a person
Andrea is an outstanding professional and was always contactable and went well above her role to meet our needs. She got a great price for us and at the time topped the areas sale price. Thankyou Andrea, for your hard work and many hours of dedication to achieve the sale.
Saffron made selling our property pain free, she was a pleasure to work with.
Thank you you tony for your help in securing my new home .always helpful and informative and a very friendly attitude .it has been a pleasure thank you again …
Tony is everything you could ask for in an agent. He provides an accurate estimate for the value of your home, detailed feedback to best present the home and regular updates on home opens/prospective buyers. We really appreciated the extra time Tony took to walk us through the process, and his straight-shooter style communication. I’m always a bit hesitant with sales, however Tony is completely trustworthy and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to all our friends or family
