We recently sold our home after 17 years and Kerry did a brilliant job. Kerry achieved a price for us which exceeded expectation. We would highly recommend her for ones real-estate needs as her high level of intuition and self awareness as well as straight up approach coupled with her expert knowledge of the market and sheer professionalism define her as a winner. She will give everything to the job while displaying that affable personality and gentle humour.
Pauline and her team were amazing to deal with, from the first home open I attended through to the final sale. Great open communications and available when I needed. Would recommend dealing with Pauline and team
We just sold our house in Mindarie through John and were very happy with the overall experience, and getting the price we wanted. John knows the Mindarie area like the back of his hand, and has a great memory for detail. He remembered many details about selling us the same house 6 years ago. John also communicates very well with all the parties, and in our sale he took the lead in arranging settlement dates etc. with the other agents in the chain for sale of our property.
Its hard to find trustworthy agents these days but Wesley went above and beyond to help me sell my property. His guidance throughout the whole process was flawless. I personally highly recommend him for any realestate needs.
John was a pleasant real estate agent to deal with. The sale of our property was a simple, fast and efficient transaction with John obtaining the best possible sale price as promised. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better!!
John was very professional from start to finish he answered all our calls no matter what time we called We would highly recommend him
Pauline was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Any questions we had were answered promptly.
Pauline was genuinely fantastic. She made the entire process seamless and kept a very accessible line of communication through every step. She liaised with us and the sellers beautifully and we had a completely enjoyable buying experience. Thank you so much.
Being a first time Home Buyer, Tony is a great Agent to work with because of his great communication skills. He made sure to always go out of his way to action task and assist in areas where an Agent did not have too. He looks after his clients with pride. He has helped us through an 8 month Settlement process which is stressful, however he made sure to always update us which was a beneficial factor in his services.
