very poor communication from Jade right from the start in relation to my sale. but the clincher for me was when the real estate agent was informed of the settlement but they couldn't be bothered informing me the paying client, then when i ring some hours later to find out what was going on i was blatantly lied to. I will never use this company again.
RecommendedHighly recommend Ownit Conveyancing for service, price and professionalism. We have used them twice now and will continue to. Very happy with the level of communication throughout the entire process.
