Recommendedexceptional service at the best price!
I wouldn’t use the Beenleigh office again. We used them for a sale of house and purchase of land. Items kept getting missed (forgot that we had body Corp and didn’t include that in the settlement at first) and also got the purchase price wrong - these were just the big items that impact us financially. Unless you have your wits about you and know your stuff, don’t use them.
Recommendedthe professionalism and not too much trouble attitude won us over in the recent purchase of our home. Thank you very much Georgia Hunter and colleagues who in her absence took the ball and ran with it during the lengthy paperwork process when Georgia was unavailable. We would highly recommend Ownit to anyone needing Conveyancing in the future
RecommendedNicole was always there to answer questions or find the answer for me. Don't think that I could have gone through the buying property process without her patience and guidance.
RecommendedShonae provide excellent service in a recent property purchase was always available to answer any concerns and kept me informed with any issue with a friendly manner. Would recommend Shonae to anyone seeking conveyancing services
RecommendedWe used Jade from Ownit Conveyancing to sell our old house and buy our new one. She was always there to answer any questions and always got back to us straight away. I would not recommend her and the team highly enough.
RecommendedGeorgia handled my property purchase with professionalism and a positive attitude. I'm happy to recommend Ownit Conveyancing based on my experience.
RecommendedAwesome service, Georgia was always there to answer questions I had at any time. Friendly conversation and professional advice!
Useless - go somewhere else. We sold a property through own it and the whole process was unnecessarily stressful. Still waiting on full deposit to be paid 3 weeks after settlement.
