I have never left a single bad review on a business before, however after first trying to give the feedback to them directly, I feel obligated to warn people of the terrible service we received in the hope that no one else experiences the incompetence and disregard that we did. Shockingly unprofessional service with no communication at any part of the process when buying and selling our house. It Would take 3-4 days to respond to emails, they would not return return any calls! On settlement day they paid $4000 short of purchase price. When this was highlighted to them by the sellers solicitors they did not inform me, respond to their emails or return phone calls which ended up with me receiving an email from the sellers solicitors threatening to file a motion with the Supreme Court.
