They always kept me informed of when open days were on or when there extra times they showed my property & then let me know what response they received from potential buyers & went over & above to get any further information the potential buys wanted to know about my property to them. I was very happy with the short period of time my property went on the market to when they sold my property.
Joel was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the process of buying my first property a breeze and helped me out any way he could. I can not recommend Joel & Osborn George enough.
As a buyer, Tracy was fantastic to deal with. She was personable, honest & very attentive to ours needs and requests. Tracy made the whole process enjoyable & she went to great lengths to assist us in the buying process. We would highly recommend Tracy for any buying or selling needs. Her knowledge of the area was also excellent.

We purchased our dream / forever home at Karuah through Liam we can not thank him enough for his professionalism. Our purchase certainly had it's issue from beginning to end but Liam was always there on the end of the phone keeping us informed on the progress. Although we have not met Joel in person he certainly also was a great help Thank you to ALL involved from the agency and we wish you all the very best with your name change and marketing.
I recently engaged Liam Osborn from LJ hooker to sell my investment property. Liam was very proactive in his sales approach and took the time to explain the process. Liam is a great communicator and offered very good advice whilst always listening to what I wanted. He is Honest, reliable and has a high level of integrity which made the sale an enjoyable experience and we achieved an excellent result. Highly Recommend

Tracy was very helpful when we purchased our new home. She gave us access to line up tradesmen for the installation of a new ducted air conditioner. The transaction flowed smoothly and she informed us of the process every step of the way.
