Joel was very helpful and He gave us good estimate
This agent was prompt at getting information about the property and updating me. She was pleasant to work with, always well dressed and nothing was a problem for her. I would recommend her to anyone selling their property.
Liam was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
Tracy knowledge of the local area and real estate was second to none. Not only was she a polite and well dressed person she also displayed empathy and kindness. She allowed us acces to get trades through with out hesitation and communicated throughout the sales process and nothing was a bother. With a great attitude such as Tracys Im sure she does so well in her profession. When time comes to sell Tracy will be our only phone call.
Tracys knowledge of the market was spot on. She was great at updating me after our inspections and open houses with solid feedback. I would throughly recomend her to any prospective seller and any buyer would be lucky to work with her on the purchase
Tracy from the time i meet her was so vivashious and passionate about her job. She always had a smile and even when meeting new people would take the time to listen. Tracy was bang on with her pricing and the way she describe my property in her ad, made me question why i was moving on. Her communication was exceptional and customer feedback was thorougher. I would recomend her to any person wanting to sell their home. Best wishes Tracy
Liam and the OG team were amazing. Liam was always on the phone if there was anything new which was great. Liam got us a very quick sale and a great result. Would recommend them to anyone selling
We experienced nothing but the best from Joel and his team. From consistent and honest communication to great market results, we couldn't be more happy!
I highly recommend Joel and Liam Osborn. They assisted us through the entire process of selling our house including getting it ready to sell, recommending amazing local inspectors and conveyancers, answering all of our questions and keeping us updated on the sale, and even showed us potential properties for us to purchase after we sell. They were genuine, trustworthy and went above and beyond for our family.
