Excellent service again! Tracy sold us this house about 7 years ago so when it was time for us to sell it on she was top of our list (and she even remembered us!). Tracy priced our house accurately so it sold quickly, she was respectful, patient, open in communication and quick to respond. We cannot fault Tracy and would recommend her to anyone!

Would be a Zero star review if that was an option. They fail to have repairs carried out when approved to do so, costing me thousands of dollars later when I find out they failed to have repairs done and then they get them done incorrectly when they are told they now need to foot the bill due to inaction. They massively under-estimate annual rental increases (good for the tennant I guess) They burn through Property Managers faster than any company I have ever seen. Excellent service and communication . Liam always kept us informed during the sale process. Gave feedback from open houses promptly, and the numbers through the open house. Liam always remained professional during the negotiations and after exchange, nothing was a bother and acted upon on our instructions as the vendor.
