Candice and the team have always been so professional, yet caring and understanding at the same time. They have made the most difficult times so much easier to navigate and always follow up to make sure everything is ok.
My dog had a "coming and going" muscle injury which in turn was only slight then got much worse then better. But owing to concerns about previous serious surgery on her leg at another vet and the weekend looming, my dog was put on a triage list initially on the Monday and then after a further call as condition worsened on the Friday at 4pm.
