I appreciate that I can wait in car until appt and they'll call when ready. All staff are just wonderful. Dr Guy is thorough and knowledgeable.
Charlotte was in the carpark with another client but came to assist me with Jasper. I’m using a walker following knee surgery and was finding it difficult to lead him. Then when we went into the surgery she was our vet and was very patient and calm with him. He seems to be recovering from his ear infection quite well. Thanks Charlotte.
The vet was really nice and helpful and made my Harry a little bit calmer.
Our dog Lilly was scratching constantly and had the same problem this time last year and after two nights without much sleep trying to keep her calm I phoned on Monday morning and was put in a waiting list and an appointment became available where they could check her out and give her an injection which has made an amazing difference. Thank you to all he girls there whom made Lilly a much happier dog💕💙💖
