From the staff at the front desk, who are always so happy to the lovely team out the back, you are a wonderful team. I just don't trust anyone with my princess. She always feels so at ease with Candice. Thank you all for being so caring.
The care for all my animals is above and beyond. I am always listed to and every option is discussed. Every staff member is caring and go out of their way to help.
My Frenchie had boas surgery and the care given to her by Renee was amazing, I was also put at ease by Renee’s kindness and thorough explanation about the operation, Renee’s assurance after Daisies surgery was comforting and Daisy is doing so well. The receptionist who also has two Frenchies was lovely and as front of house is a great asset to the surgery.
Worried about my Harvey, the beautiful people at Nissen St Vets could not be more helpful organising an early visit for consultation. Harvey was given a full examination and treated so carefully. He was given the all clear and we thank the team so much.
Our very nervous dog didn't even know he had his injection. Vet was lovely and took time to play with him.
Great service from caring staff. Becki hates going to the vet, but she always gets great care and attention to make the experience less traumatic.
