Always happy with both front desk and surgery staff. Friendly and helpfully.
We appreciated the helpful attention to the problem we had with one of our steers down with “ Three day sickness “. The Benacillin helped but the Ketoprofen seems to be what was really needed. He is now back on his feet but has a way to go yet.
Staff were approachable , informative and friendly. Good knowledge base.
Our experience at the start is what I would expect from such a practice- somewhat professional. However I took 2 stars off for some rudeness my husband received when he called to ask questions relating to our dog post surgery.
Thank you Candice for seeing my dog Zena when she needed emergency care on Sunday night. Your thoroughness and professionalism helped me make the best decision for Zena. My pup was very sick, Candace was kind and patient and answered all my questions. It happened overnight on a weekend and the vet was very professional and charged fairly. My pup was better in no time!
Dr Candice is very professional and extremely patient with Apollo who is a Bengal cat, as he isn’t easy to handle at times, I would highly recommend her with any one if your precious pets. I always feel welcomed by all if the staff members. Thank you!
