First contact was at reception,, counter staff acknowledge, apologised for wait. Very professional. Dr Guy was running late, but apologised, very welcoming. It was like being in a human Drs. Dr Guy was extremely thorough ask8ng lots of questions before even examining PussKat. We told him our concerns and PussKat history. When he examined him, he was very careful of the pain/issue and comforted him. He gave us an option which we are currently doing. Plus we have a follow up on the 26th. Which are looking forward to.
