We visited a lot of open houses and met a lot of agents in the search for our first home, but as soon as we met Murray, we knew we'd hit the jackpot. His friendliness totally won us over and we loved how he never pressured us. He guided us through the entire home buying process and was always accommodating with our work schedules. He was always upfront and enthusiastic and the whole team always made us feel welcome and at ease. We'll definitely be recommending Murray to all our friends & family!
Murray has sold 3 houses for us in the last 5 years, but this 1 was his biggest challenge. It was a tricky market with changes to bank conditions, but his advice guided us to a great outcome. We had spoken to another prominent local real estate who told us to expect $35,000 less than what we were hoping to get for the property. We decided to stick with Murray, who achieved our exact asking price! We couldn't be happier! He has a fantastic attitude & puts his heart, soul&big personality into every sale.
