We had a large home which included a granny flat. At first inspection, Murray advised us that there were few similar homes on the market. He advertised the house by a well written description and a good array of external and internal photographs, together with a floor plan. Even without holding an open house (due to COVID restrictions), a full day of individual inspections was held and resulted in three offers to purchase within 48 hours. Impressive!
I cannot speak highly enough of Murray and his team! Murray made selling my dad’s house so simple and put us at ease with any questions we had. His knowledge of the area is impressive and his professionalism and kindness is second to none. He really is your best mate in real estate and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his wonderful team.
