I had a great experience from the start, I got a quick response to my initial enquiry and that good communication was consistent throughout the process from the inspection to when I made my offer and it got accepted. Results delivered! We told Murray when we first met that we didn't want to do more than one open home and the price we were after. 2.5 days on the market, 1 open home and sold (under offer for what we wanted) in under a week!
