Great experience overall . However , the reception area could be better manned . Arriving for my app and nobody at reception . Was told to wait . Along with other clients just left to wait . My procedure was handled very well . RACZ . I was treated kindly & respectfully throughout the whole day procedure . The follow up was excellant . So yes very pleased with my experience

Met Dr du Toit at Holmesglen Private Hospital, only 5 minutes from home and easier parking than MHPH in Clayton. Dr du Toit was very empathetic, as usual, and I trust his diagnosis. Thanks MSK Pain Group.
My experience with Dr Di Toit and his team was nothing short of incredible. For the first time in years I actually felt heard by a doctor and he recognised that I was in pain and got on to treatment immediately. His admin team were also fantastic and made the appointment process quick and easy! Can’t wait to go back in a couple of weeks!
