A very pleasant experience from through to the office staff onto seeing the specialist Dr Neels Du Toit. Nothing better when you travel 3 hrs from the country to the appointment and I forgot some of the paperwork, the office staff where very accommodating Thanks to everyone
Had a good experience with both the procedure and the follow up appointment. I was listened to and given great feedback from the nurse's et Al. A very friendly and approachable service. I saw Dr Neels Du Toit surgeon very friendly and informative about the procedure. I also saw Jo Rankin for a follow-up who was very helpful in talking about how long the nerve block would last.
I wasn’t kept waiting, receptionist was pleasant as usual.
Great help on the phone in getting the information I needed and a great consultation with Dr Neel, everything I needed to know and helpful follow through advice
