Appoinntment was better than on time - a rarety usually with medical practitoners - it was five minutes early! Dr was approachable and had a friendly disposition but, above all, instilled confidence in bot his diagnosis and recommended procedure. This was refresshing as I'd had an unsettling experience with a pain management specialist some time ago! Support staff too were excellent.
Monday I received a tel consult call from Jo Rankin, she listened to my queries and helped with suggestions, about my post op pain & discomfort, and if it was "what is expected". I brought her uptodate with current medications i'm on (changed from Palexia to Oxyndone, because of nausea) [by GP]. Me, rubbing in the transdermal very painful, but I continue to do.
