Everyone says they are great, I'm sure they are if they turn up Been waiting all week as they are busy, Friday appt 2pm to 4pm rang at 4.30pm oh don't know what happened to your appointment how about next week sometime. How about "I will send someone now" not offerred.. Can come next week.. so can another company..
Hideously expensive
Ben provided us with replacement parts to hopefully resolve the ongoing issues and faults with our newly installed Panasonic ducted r/c air conditioner system. Unfortunately we have not received any documents, however I have been assured that Panasonic does have these details on their records. A copy of this record would provide us with the confidence that our 5 year Warranty has not been compromised in any way. the gentleman was very good and friendly, he showed me the problem which is the installers fault... Apart from that i am very upset about the $140 call out fee..... It is way over the top...i realise there is overheads abd travel time, i worked for myself for 50 years and never charged a dollar call out fee....... very dissapointed
