As you would be aware I have used your services for many years and have been totally satisfied with the outcome. My experience is no different on this occasion however I would like raise one concern and that is the cost.over the last couple of years the cost has increased substantially, can you please explain the reason for this.

Hi John, Unfortunately with increased costs to fuel, raw materials and overheads within our business caused by the global pandemic, we have had to increase our charges to our clients. Whilst we have previously absorbed many of these increases, we must pass on some of these costs now in order to continue to maintain our service offerings for all of our clients into the future.
